The MED ACE Fourth Grade Program is a structured educational program designed specifically for fourth-stage medical students to build a strong foundation in Internal Medicine and Surgery.

The program combines carefully organized video lectures, weekly interactive Boot Camps, and concise GEMs to help students master the core clinical subjects throughout the academic year.

Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in the MED ACE Fourth Grade Training Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Enrollment Period

1.1. Access to the program begins immediately after successful subscription and confirmation of payment. 1.2. The program remains available until the final theoretical examination of the student's fourth-stage academic year, unless otherwise announced by MED ACE.

2. Educational Content

2.1. The program may include recorded lectures, live sessions, focused review videos, Boot Camps, notes, announcements, downloadable materials, and other educational resources. 2.2. Some educational resources may become available gradually according to the educational plan and program schedule. 2.3. MED ACE reserves the right to update, modify, replace, reorganize, delay, suspend, or permanently remove any educational material whenever necessary for educational, technical, operational, or legal reasons. 2.4. MED ACE reserves the right to change the platform, application, website, or learning management system through which educational content is delivered at any time. 2.5. Students acknowledge that they are purchasing access to the educational program and its content—not access to any specific platform or application. Students shall not demand that educational materials be uploaded or maintained on any particular platform.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. All lectures, videos, notes, illustrations, graphics, logos, documents, and educational materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of MED ACE. 3.2. Students may use these materials solely for their personal educational purposes. 3.3. The following actions are strictly prohibited: recording lectures or live sessions; downloading, copying, or reproducing protected materials without permission; sharing videos, PDFs, screenshots, or any materials; uploading any MED ACE content to Telegram, social media, websites, cloud storage, or other platforms; selling, distributing, or modifying any MED ACE educational material. Any violation may result in disciplinary action and legal action where applicable.

4. Account Usage

4.1. Each subscription is valid for one student only. 4.2. Sharing accounts, login credentials, OTPs, or allowing another person to access your account is strictly prohibited. 4.3. MED ACE may use technical methods to detect unauthorized account sharing or suspicious activity. 4.4. If account sharing or unauthorized access is detected, MED ACE reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the account without prior notice or refund.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. All subscription fees are final. 5.2. No refunds, whether full or partial, will be issued after payment has been completed, regardless of the reason, including withdrawal from the program or failure to use the educational materials.

6. Student Responsibilities

Students agree to: provide accurate registration information; maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials; respect instructors, staff members, and fellow students; use the educational resources responsibly; follow all announcements and academic instructions issued by MED ACE.

7. Disciplinary Actions

MED ACE reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a student's access, without refund, if the student: shares their account; distributes copyrighted materials; attempts to bypass platform security; harasses instructors, staff members, or other students; disrupts live sessions or online communities; provides false or misleading registration information; violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions. Additional legal action may be pursued when appropriate.

8. Privacy

MED ACE may collect personal and academic information submitted during registration for administrative, educational, communication, quality improvement, and program evaluation purposes. Student information will not be intentionally disclosed to third parties except where required by law or necessary for the operation of the program.

9. Program Modifications

MED ACE continuously improves its educational programs. Accordingly, MED ACE reserves the right to modify: program structure; educational schedule; faculty members or presenters; teaching methods; educational resources; Boot Camp format; live session schedules. Such modifications are intended to improve the educational experience and shall not constitute a breach of the enrollment agreement.

10. Technical Issues

While MED ACE strives to maintain uninterrupted access to its services, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, internet outages, third-party platform issues, cybersecurity incidents, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. MED ACE will make reasonable efforts to restore services as promptly as possible.

11. Force Majeure

MED ACE shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to provide services resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, governmental actions, internet outages, cyberattacks, pandemics, or failures of third-party service providers.

12. Academic Integrity and Educational Responsibility

12.1. The MED ACE Fourth Grade Training Program is designed to provide high-quality educational resources, guidance, and academic support to assist students in preparing for their final examinations. 12.2. Enrollment in the program does not guarantee passing any examination, achieving a particular grade, obtaining a specific class ranking, or graduating from medical school. 12.3. A student's academic performance depends on numerous factors, including but not limited to personal effort, attendance, consistency, study habits, prior academic preparation, participation, examination performance, and circumstances beyond the control of MED ACE. 12.4. Students are expected to engage honestly with all educational activities and to use the program solely as a learning resource to enhance their own knowledge and clinical reasoning. 12.5. Students are responsible for ensuring that they meet all academic requirements established by their respective medical colleges and universities. Participation in the MED ACE program does not replace or modify any official university curriculum, regulations, examinations, or graduation requirements. 12.6. MED ACE makes every reasonable effort to ensure the quality and accuracy of its educational content. However, educational materials may be updated, corrected, revised, or modified as medical knowledge and examination requirements evolve. 12.7. By enrolling in the program, students acknowledge that MED ACE's responsibility is limited to providing educational support and resources. The ultimate responsibility for learning, examination preparation, and academic success rests with the student.

13. Acceptance

By selecting "I Agree" during registration and completing the enrollment process, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to comply with all MED ACE policies throughout their participation in the program.
